Power Of Visualization

Most people do not understand the power of visualization. This is due to the fact that our subconscious mind has difficulty telling the difference from what we imagine and what is reality.

So if you were to add a realistic image in front of your subconscious mind, your mind would believe in that image and figure out how to manifest it. It would then use its creative force to actually bring it into existence.

If you effectively visualize an object your subconscious mind would use that image as a sort of map. This will keep you on course to manifesting that particular image.

Meditation is the best way to use the power of visualization.


Power Of Visualization – The Visual Imagery Meditation

Visual imagery meditation is when you imagine a scenario in your mind, like daydreaming, and you picture yourself in it. By adding visual imagery into your daily life, you’ll make the power of attraction much more powerful.

Below are the steps you should take to reach this power of visualization.


Step 1: Knowing What You Want

The first step to making your visualization a success is to make sure you know exactly what you want in your life. Are you clear on what you want out of life? Is this idea clear in your mind?

If you answered no to these couple questions then find somewhere quiet in your home and really concentrate on what you want in life. Another important question to ask yourself is why do you want this out of life.

As an example let’s imagine you want a house on the beach in your life. You should be imagining how big the house will be. How many bedrooms the house will have. Does it have a garage. Try and get as specific about your life objective as possible. The more specific you are in your vision it will become a reality in your mind.


Step 2: Preparing For Meditation

Once you know exactly what you want in your life, it’s time to start your manifestation Journey. You are going to want to have total relaxation and meditation.

Start to spend time getting ready for your meditation session. The best times to meditate are when you have an empty stomach. So try meditation before breakfast or dinner.

Be sure to have on comfortable clothing and find yourself a nice, quiet spot where you won’t be disturbed for at least 15 minutes.


Step 3: The Meditation Journey

Get yourself into a comfortable position. You can either lie down or sit. Start to concentrate on relaxing your mind and body.

Next, you’ll want to close your eyes. Begin to take deep breaths. While breathing in let your abdomen expand slowly outward.

While exhaling, let your stomach sink in while you keep your chest very still.

Keep breathing slowly like this for about 3 minutes then go back to breathing normally.

You’re now starting to feel very calm and relaxed

Start to imagine that you are on a trip into your future. Picture yourself vividly in this vision.

Now imagine this daydream is actually your new reality. Visualize exactly what you’re dreaming about. For example, if you are dreaming of becoming a singer, imagine yourself on stage with a microphone in hand. Picture a stadium filled with people enjoying your singing.

Begin to start dreaming about your social life. Start to imagine yourself on a dream vacation.

Really concentrate on your dream. Bring it completely into your mind. Imagine the smells and all the other qualities of this dream. Make it as real as possible.

Do this exercise for at least 10 minutes.


Step 4: Ending the Meditation

Make sure you are aware that you’ll be ending this meditation soon. Don’t just stop it at once. Stopping it too fast can actually ruin a great meditation. Take a few minutes to gradually get out of your meditated state.

Now start to turn your focus from inside your mind back to outside. Start becoming aware of your surroundings. Begin to shift your upper and lower body very slowly. Twist your shoulders and neck very gently and begin to open your eyes.

You should try and use the power of visualization daily. It’s vitally important that you continue to practice this exercise until you reach your dreams.


Power Of Visualization – Wrap Up

Visualization is a very key element in performing manifestation. Just remember that it takes some time to get to the point of achieving your dreams.

If you get discouraged because you are not making progress. Do not get down on yourself. Keep practicing and over time you will see changes in your life. Not just in your imaginary visions but in the real world.
